The New Mexico Dream Team is currently looking for a Campaigns Organizer in souther NM and Donors & Volunteers Organizer in central NM. The New Mexico Dream Team is a statewide network committed to create power for multigenerational, undocumented, LGBTQ+, and mixed-status families towards liberation. Through training and leadership development, we work to engage our community and allies in becoming leaders using an intersectional, gender and racial justice lens –to develop and implement an organizing and advocacy infrastructure for policy change, fighting to dismantle systemic oppression.

A Campaigns Organizer will lead the political and civic engagement work by and for youth leaders using a grassroots organizing framework in Souther NM. Supports carrying NMDT’s mission and vision through building policy and civic engagement campaigns that align to a larger political strategy. Donors and Volunteers Organizers will work as part of a team that will lead the organization’s Development. Responsible for reaching, coordinating, and mobilizing volunteers and donors to achieve the organization’s goals. The organizer will expand NMDT’s capacity and sustainability by building new grassroots fundraising initiatives. Salary: Based upon experience with a cap of $30,000.
